1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Identity Verification

2.4 Account Security

4. Betting Rules and Gameplay

4.2 Game Results and Payouts

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Exploitation of software errors, system vulnerabilities, or game glitches for unfair advantage;

efabet reserves the right to confiscate winnings, void bets, and permanently close accounts engaged in prohibited betting practices.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity;

• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or any form of fraudulent betting behavior;

• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise Platform security;

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for violation of these Terms, efabet reserves the right to confiscate account balances, void pending bets, and refuse any withdrawal requests. You remain liable for any outstanding debts, chargebacks, or damages incurred during your use of efabet Services.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

11. Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of efabet Services following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using efabet Services and close your account.
